  I have had post-auction problems with HNAI for 10 years.
  Often I will get a coin in the mail from them that I did not
  know I had won -- let alone pay for. Customer service was inept
  when I asked for help. Now I just assume I am dealing with a ten
  year old kid and have to check behind them.
