eBay impulse buy - wear or strike? (COIN ARRIVED - PIC)

Ran across this one the other day, and decided to pull the trigger. I'm wondering if what I initially thought was wear on the front of LIBERTY might possibly be weak strike?

Seller's scans, so obviously cannot tell anything about color or lustre.

From what you can tell, how would you grade it?

FYI: After much thought I voted AU58. Estimates seem to be widely spread, although I'm a little bit surprised that someone thought it was only an EF40.

As to grades.....I know my limitations, but to take a stab......weak strike AU58

Stars fill up in these dies and even hammered strikes may have flat stars because they are full of grease/gunk.
