Anybody have problems with HA online payment?

Has anybody had trouble with Heritage Auctions on-line payment system?

I paid for some coins I won at the Long Beach auction a day or two after the auction ended by providing my checking account information. Since then, I have checked with the Post Office for their arrival. Today, I checked my checking account balance and there has been no withdrawal for the purchase. Heritage has now posted that my account is past due and wants to slap on an extra 3% for being late. I am ticked off. Has anybody encountered similar problems with HA?

Something must have gone wrong with your internet payment procedure. Call Heritage. If this is your first late payment, I doubt very much they will charge you the late fee.

Only problem I have with Heritage is that it takes two or three weeks to receive my won lots.image

Definitely time for a call. It is easy enough for something to go wrong when submitting a web form. Don't be angry; it's just a mistake. A phonecall in a normal tone will probably get you off the hook for late fees.

I paid by credit card upon invoice. The US coins arrived two days ago.

I called Heritage today. They said they have been having some problems with their on-line payment system. They waved the late fee and took my payment over the phone. I was very happy with how they handled the situation.

They had some issues with E Checks after LB... but took care of it via telephone.

The only issue I had with them was I used my debit card instead of my credit card like I had planned. OOPS! That made money pretty tight for a week or two.

As for shipping, I received my Long Beach item about 3 days ago I believe. The packaging stinks, but it was in tact.

What was wrong with the packaging?
My shipments are usually triple boxed.

I have always paid them using paypoo. They do not charge any extra for it, and then I don't have to pay the credit card later. That reminds me, I should have a Heritage purchase coming tomorrow hopefully.
