1863 Date is super close to head & 3 dots, Can anyone confirm this is a error? ty

Ok i have this 1863 & there is a few things that stand out to me, but im not sure what it is called or how this happens any info on this coin at all plz!! Will help me out thanks

First off is you can see the date is rlly to close almost touching all my other 1863 is way far away & next thing i notice is the 3 dots you see one under ear, the 2nd one is in front of the eye & that last one is on a feather Anyone have any info one this coin?

Thanks alot guys & girls I will upload the 1902 next it is one amazing coin i need help on deciding a grade on it..

I think the dots are die chips. Regardless, no premium.

It is listed as S13. The bar on the neck might be a misplaced digit, or just a very bold mark on the die. Either way it is bold enough to warrant inclusion as a variety (not an error).
