  Hold CTRL while clicking on the files you want to copy, then right click and click Copy, then Paste them onto the Flash drive.

  If the flash drive is plugged in while you have MSWord open, you can save directly to the E drive, like you do for the C drive. If the files are already on your C drive, open Windows Explorer, and using right click, copy and paste the file(s.)

  Another option is right click on your desktop, click NEW, click FOLDER, then give it a name. Then put all the docs in that folder. Drag the folder to your Edrive.

  The easiest way might simply be to put them into one dedicated folder and then to move the folder.

  Select the first file, the hold the down the SHIFT key and click the last file. All the files will be selected and you can drage them to the USB drive icon.
  
  I prefer putting them in a single folder first (as mentioned above) them copying the folder to the USB drive.

  CTRL-click is fine, but don't accidentally double click or you will create a copy of the file....
