MS63-ish. I can't tell about the bell lines or if it's a Bugs Bunny.

Being that '55 is my birthyear, I've considered putting together a nice proof "rainbow toned" set in a Capital holder..
Any guesstimate as to how much that'll cost ?

As long as that area from the hair down into his sideburn is not contrued as wear or rub then MS62 for sure.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.
