Yea, in the old grading standards that would have been an easy FR-2, but in today's clamped down ratings....
They overgraded it. Guess this is one time you probably wish they hadn't, huh?

That's not a joke. It really is true. I see the trend, too. In addition, they need to make a new column on the submission form for: MAXIMUM grade accepted to not holder or cross.
