Stefanie, I didn't know you had bought the coin. I will stand by my previous comment though, and your pictures, which are much better than the seller's, seem to confirm it more. For me and IMHO only, of course

Well, it's one for the money, Two for the show, Three to get ready, Now go, cat, go.
But don't you step on my blue suede shoes. You can do anything but lay off of my Blue suede shoes.
Well, you can knock me down, Step in my face, Slander my name All over the place.
Do anything that you want to do, but uh-uh, Honey, lay off of my shoes Don't you step on my Blue suede shoes. Well you can do anything but lay off of my blue suede shoes.
You can burn my house, Steal my car, Drink my liquor From an old fruitjar.

Here's one thing about the whole MS-70 issue. The coin may or may not be stable and it could certainly lose that look by continuing to undergo further color change. This is probably what annoys me the most, that the coin you buy ends up having a completely different look to it. Another thing that was annoying was the absurdly high premiums attached to some of these coins, when you could theoretically take any 'BN' copper coin and make it look like that.
Here's one I bought raw, for said ridiculous premium a few years ago. Here is my best photo of it before sending it to NGC. The colors are/were pretty accurate: --------please note, I've seen posters refer to the untoned fields around the letters, such as at the top of the reverse of this one, as a hallmark of NT.
I was certain that NGC would see this coin and grade it. Well, they didn't grade it they returned it as either 'improperly cleaned' or 'art toning' (I can't recall at the moment), and when I got it back I really couldn't disagree as the coin had definitely changed color to a steel gray:
