Electronic Money

It seems like society is moving toward an electronic money system.

My question is if and when we go cashless, how will the Government increase the amount of money in circulation....?

How would inflation be controled.....?

But the big question is, How are we going to collect electronic money.....?

Hmmmmmm, yeah, when they make more money do they just put it in the vaults like they did the morgans?
You could start collecting ATM receipts....................noooooooooooo can't do that either.
Hmmmmmmmm, maybe a PO1 Master Card with an eagle on the front and unsigned with be worth big bucks!
