I would avoid them. He ripped me off to the tune of $200 selling overgraded garbage. He spends more time retaliatory negging people than he does on customer service. I would reccommend going to www.toolhaus.org and searching his id.
Here's his response after he totally misrepresented a large lot of vintage.
Thank you for your phone call. Just for your benefit, I again looked at the item description and my pics and have again concluded that I have represented the lot well. I will stand firm in my decision and answer any of your complaints that I see fit. Buyers need to take some responsibility in their bidding strategies and when bidding on higher dollar items, all questions should be addressed before bidding. Once again, I maintain that the group averages EX and most of the cards (which would be at least 51% VG, EX, EXMT or NrMt and you admit 75% are in these grades) are VG, EX, EXMT or NrMt and some lesser which is what the ad reads. The only difference of opinion (grading subjective) is that you say that 55% are VG and I simply don't agree with that %. Sorry you don't agree with my grading, but I was very careful in my grading and truely believe I am correct. Good luck in your decision making and future bidding. Just avoid my auctions if you don't agree with my grading. thanks....john
Read his auctions thoroughly. Seriously--THOROUGHLY!!! He is one of those sneaky ones that will claim near mint or mint and then in a font size of 4 put in a disclaimer that most cards are mint, however there are several that may have a 'printing crease' or fold orsomething to that effect. I got burned on a few cards, and hesitated to bid mind you because of his feedback, but I needed the cards. Went to neg him after receiving them (three weeks late) and reread the auction, only to find the little hidden disclaimers. Wasn't worth the neg over <$10 in items...Got burned once by him. Never again.
Next MONTH? So he's saying that if he wins, the best-case scenario is that he'll be paying for it two weeks after the auction ends?

Looking for Al Hrabosky and any OPC Dave Campbells (the ESPN guy)
A seller to avoid. Sends annoying payment reminders within 3 or 4 days and continues to send them every day. Then after he cashes your check, he takes 10 days to ship. All this for overgraded cards that are packaged lousy....nothing good to say.
He is the only seller to ever leave me a negative. He leaves the same positive feedback every time, and only takes time to write negative, usually goes something like this "Seller need glasses or needs to learn how to read. Avoid." I never understood how he could have 15 of the same items for sale, there have been none sold, but somehow you get one of the "few" that might be in worse condition. I'm glad to see this post again. What a loser.
I bought a raw Gene Hickerson RC from him last year. It graded a PSA 8 and I made a sizeable profit.
I just bought a lot of 10 Claude Humphrey RC's from him about 2 weeks ago. Cards look great and I expect 6's, 7's and maybe an 8 or 2. Sounds like I am in the minority though. It did take a while to ship after check clearing though. I would buy from him again.
I've had okay luck with the quality of his cards but I don't like buying from him at all. He takes FOREVER to ship cards and if memory serves, he doesn't accept PayPal so you have to send a check which just makes the whole process take even longer than forever.
