1888-O Morgan Oval O VAM 2 PCGS MS63!!

Anyone know of any 1888 Oval Os graded higher? I'll be selling this piece in the near future. All white, PCGS graded and attributed VAM 2 Oval O MS 63!! should be interesting. Will post a pic when I get it back from PCGS.

Where did you get the coin?
Yep...we pretty much got blown away down here!!! Lots of areas still without power. Large parts of Galveston got wiped out!!
Only the second direct hit hurricane I've been thru in my adult life. I was 6 weeks old when Carla came in '61. What a ride!!! 110 MPH winds in your face and stinging rain....no way to describe it you just have to experience it!
61 - 1
62 - 2
63 - 1
Thats all she wrote......................Nice coin
I've been looking for a long time for any 88 O Oval O in MS. Very tough coin to come across.
Just curious was it a crossover, reholder with attribution or a raw purchase that you sent in for grading?
You wouldn't believe how long it took to get him to sit still for this.
Depends on when your grades came in as to whether it could be yours that is showing there.
I had a Pop 1 Modern for a while earlier this year. I was trying to figure out the same thing when my grade posted and it wasnt in the Pop reports yet. Someone told me about them updating it on Sunday nights.

Among all of them there are only a few Mint State coins in any grade, and according to the current on-line pops the finest is a single MS63... presumably yours. Great coin; congratulations.
it's too bad Kyle you only come around when you make a big coin to sell. We have plenty of boards here and at VAMWorld to talk vams all the time.

A quick list:
8TF V2 64DM
7TF 64DM
7TF rev 79 63DM
80 P 64DM
80-O 63DM
81 P 64DM
81-S 65DM
82 P 63DM
82-O 63DM
82-S 64DM
and the list goes on.
The ones that killed me to sell
85-CC 65DM
87-O 64DM
88-S 63DM
90-CC 64 DM
90-O 64DM
91 P 63DM That is a hard DMPL to find!!
91-CC 64DM
92 P 64 DM Even harder
03-O 64DM
And I made all of them from crackouts or raw.
It killed me to sell those!!!
The VAMs actually were my 2nd interest. The thrill of finding a killer VAM was what I enjoyed. Discovering the 8TF VAM 14.20 and '79-O VAM 28 is something I'll never forget. Not to be mean but when the clashed die craze and the 21-d craze came, those just don't do anything for me. The heavy hitters or big ones are the only thing I really look for. Buying an unattributed 8TF VAM 14.13 PCGS 65DM was a rush like you wouldn't believe. Sadly it was way over graded and now resides in a 63PL holder, which is where it belongs!!!
<< <i>I did the VAM thing so hot and heavy for 10 years, I just got burned out on it. I went thru a divorce a few years back and sold everything, kind of took the wind out of my sails but it is starting to come back. I had about 50 PCGS graded DMPLs and it killed me to sell those.

I'll drink to that!
