Here's one I'd like back

When I first started getting interested in coins one of the first things I did was to go out and buy myself a Redbook. As I was flipping through the pages checking out pics of all the coins I came across a pic of the below coin. It stopped me dead in my tracks and all I could think was how frackin' cool it was. I said to myself "self, I need to own one of those!" Fast forward several years down the road and I managed to locate just the right one. I bought it. I had it for a while and completely enjoyed it. I sold it. I don't even remember now why I sold it. Probably for a half dime but God only knows now. If I saw it again I'd gladly give the owner a quick profit on it. This is one I'll admit I wish I still had.

Certainly is a nice coin...great coloring. Let's hope the next owner has enjoyed it as much as you did. And maybe he's reading this thread and will take pity on you and sell it back....

I wish I had back a certain one I sold you, Cladiator. image

I think just about everybody knows which one, too! image

But if this is to be the "seller's remorse" thread, I would choose a George, too, as it happens.

    The opponent of your George.
