At this point in time, Teletrade is NOT the venue to sell coins of this nature. These would be well suited for a highly publicized Heritage or Superior Galleries Auction at a major coin show.
I suspect that the seller knows this and was simply paying for some advertising. ($100 per coin on the buyback.)
