Anyone going for the Teletrade "free grading" raw coin submissions?

On top of the $9-$15/coin TPG fee, Teletrade charges an additional $2/coin handling charge.

Can any one tell me what "FREE*" means?image

    No, It is not really free... I believe the coin has to sell for more than $250 for the grading fee to be waived.
