I think it's a new feature as this is the first I'm seeing it as it has full Audio and Video of the Podium and Auctioneer... it's like being there without having someone sweating right next to you!

I for one can say that it does not have an obscenity filter if one was to blurt out something unKEWL during a live auction.

The mikes where already on 20 minutes before the auction, you could hear the HA crew talk about some of the most boring stuff!

Yep at least 6 months, I thought I remembered seeing this sometime last year. The video part is not on every auction though.

They had this since Long Beach last Sept of 2007. It's a good thing I was there in person though to get what I really wanted. There is a lag time and they may close the lot before your bid get logged. Additionally, they very heavily favor the live bidders. If a live bidder wants to take it down, you will likely be out. I'm not saying that's good or bad. Live bidders have an expense to be there and provide most the winning bids. I'm just warning you folks that are planning on bidding on a "must have" item. It's best to get phone bidding in that case.

Auction just paused as I guess all 4 ladies had to spit out the huge chucks of gum they where chopping...

the video portion just went down hill fast after having to watch synchronized chewing!

Edited to add: back on Gum all gone!
