Satin Finish Lincoln lot of 40.

what do they cost from the mint and is it possible for a coin
dealer to quickly sell them at a show for 3-4 bucks each?
what i mean from the mint if that you broke it down.. how much
it would cost per coin in the set... and thus a reasonable value for
the cent.
