Image doctoring?

Has this image been enhanced a bit to whiten the borders and darken the black?

Versus the original that the seller bought a month ago (among the many JB PSA 7's the seller sucked up while running the price):

It doesn't appear that the seller's other images have the same characteristics.

    I beieve something has been done to it. To make it look better

    The 2nd picture looks like it was made on a scanner that didn't have it's color settings correctly set up. The red in the flip looks too faded. The flip in the first picture looks normal.

    The true view is probably somewhere between the two, but closer to the first one pictured I am guessing.
