In the last rip, I got a Pippen RC from the BKB, a Nicklaus RC from the Golf (BTW, I have ordered golf twice, 8 packs, and have 3 Nicklaus RC), nothing from the one pack of 81 FB and from 10 packs of the 83 Topps Ive opened so far, both Pete Rose cards and the Ryan, so overall, I have beaten the odds, but as they say, if there's a winner, there's gotta be a loser.
You guys are apperantly forgetting that we will get 10% off. I would be in for the rip gumby mentioned but I would eliminate the 85's. Key cards are rookies of tainted would have been HOF'ers. Plus, the 85's are still way overvalued baed on the possible pulls and return, not only at BBCE but every other site that sells unopened material. Why spend $135 on a 1985 Topps box when the two best cards together in PSA 10 do not equal the same resale value as a 1986 Topps Nolan Ryan in PSA 10 and the 86 boxes are only $13?

The 1985 packs (all three combined) would be $7 of the total price. 1985 Donruss and Fleer are tough because of the colored borders, so any low pop 10's could easily make those worthwhile. I'm not making the calls here, so if we go this route, it's whatever the group decides. I'm just throwing an option out there.
I just do not see the value in any of the 85's regardless of the low pop commons. Who is going to send in a Harold Reynolds rookie hoping for a 10 when a PSA 9 would be worthless? As far as the Topps, I have a Clemens rookie that I am almost positive is a PSA 10 but I still refuse to send it in because the value isn't worth the effort or the risk of the submission fees.
After a little private chat with gumby, here is how it would work out. Prices are per pack but each person would get one pack. This also includes the 10% discount with total cost at bottom:

My suggestion would be to limit this to two lots per person. There will be 12 packs of 1977 OPC left over that a few of us can pick up.

<< <i>Bill, the first step in recovery is admitting that you're an addict >>
I just scanned about 20 PSA graded cards to put on eBay to cover the cost of this rip.
<< <i>How about if I just buy the 12 opc extra packs from 1977? >>
I do not agree because I would like an extra pack and I am sure there are others that would like a pack or two.
