22 purchases for a total of $47.27... His average purchase is $2.14 and one of the two "positive" feedbacks he's left is "OK price". He's a sadistic, demented, and illiterate freak who buys pocket change. There are some other seller's (victims) he's won multiple items from, and I'm sure he's getting his jollies with them as well.
The "real money" is lost when the scumbag ruins the seller's feedback with 7-NEGS; NONE of which EBAY will remove.
Unfortunately, this is the natural progression that will result from ebay's new feedback policies. There will be precious little justice in this world.
Q: Are You Printing Money? Bernanke: Not Literally
Blocked. Life is too precious to waste any of it dealing with a POS like this. The aggravation simply isn't worth the potential $1.73 profit (estimated).
How he pays is up to him, how you ship is up to you. I would ship all seven coins in one mailer. But I would not ship the coins before complete payment is recieved.

The scumbag will file an INR with PayPal for the "missing six coins."
PayPal WILL refund the money.

<< <i>Wow, You had me until you offered (tongue in cheek?) to request from eBay your selling fee back. If he were to report you for this you'd possibly be in a bit of a jam with eBay (if eBay cares enough to do anything about it).
I'd chalk this one off as a loosing deal no matter what you do. Others here have offered wise advise and I'd follow it. >>
You are acting foolish to continue to waste your time on this ebay member and have possibly put your ebay account in jeopardy through your continued correspondence. Cancel the transaction and report the member to ebay unless you like garbage such as this.
Wondered what all the hub-bub was about, so scrolled through all four pages of this. Lots of good suggestions, here's mine. Give the darn things to some lucky kid who collects, tell the jerk bidder the coins are on the way, then refund his money when he complains, and maybe he won't neg you if he believes they were lost in the mail.
Don't take offense, but it always amazes me how so many sellers go through so much work, when the guy flipping burgers down the street is better paid for his time.
Good deals with: goldman86 mkman123 Wingsrule wondercoin segoja Tccuga OKCC LindeDad and others.
I just keep thinking of a member recently asking best way to increase feedback and looking to sell really cheap items to do it. One of the responses was "Don't do it....you will have the worst hassles with the really cheap stuff".......well, this just goes to show that is likely true.

Without commenting on the specifics, is $6 not enough to ship 7 quarters?
"But I would not ship the coins before complete payment is recieved."
Sadly, you have NO right to NOT ship whichever coin(s) he pays for.
Simply leave the appropriate feedback (&/or followup) when the time is right (i.e. AFTER he leaves you feedback) and space them out as much and as evenly as possible.
It is interesting how much anger can be generated over six dollars. This person is a small time extortionist.
This persons 'Borat' like english also bothers me. Coins is 'good time'. High five. You like.
As much as i've run the scenarios through my mind to scam the scammer...
Six dollars is not worth creating additional trouble.
I'd stick with plan 1, not allowing this person to save any money. I'd mail the products.
And this person gets added to the ever growing list of blocked bidders.
I do not believe eBay will trouble their little heads over this. It's over six dollars; big deal. The inertial do-nothing path for them nets them more fees. It is much more economical for them to ignore this.
My, but it is hard to get over the anger caused by a small time extortionist with limited language skills. I want to pound his/her fingers flat with a lead mallet.
TTT. Wondering how the OP wound up dealing with the situation.

I need to list a few things on the bay but stories like this prevent me from wanting to list anything there. For the occasional lister it seems hardly worth the potential hassle anymore.
Report the scumbag P.O.S. to eBay and have his sorry, extorting a$$ kicked off. And then e-mail him this thread so he can see how many people block him.
Positive BST transactions with: too many names to list! 36 at last count.
I learned long ago to "not sweat the small stuff". I think this situation is small stuff. Go for option A and forget about him now that you (and a bunch of us) have blocked him and learned from your experience. It's up to you whether you want to make a big deal of this to Ebay - I don't think they will do anything.
Thanks for posting it - I learned not to sell small stuff on Ebay - it tends to attract the bottom feeders.

Cancel the auctions, send me your paypal address... I'll give you 23 bux for the coins straight up just so you don't have to deal with this guy any more. I really don't care what year or state they are.
I guess we could call this option 4... or is that D... can't remember.

It would be negligence to do otherwise.
Hopefully, the dirtbag will be on 100 BBLs by nightfall.
By tomorrow, a google search of the buyer's EBAY ID will be on PAGE ONE.
This thread will be available for ALL to read; FOREVER.
