Green Snow?

This Mays card is semi-hard to find:
a. Centered
b. Without a smudge at the bottom
c. Without a thick black line at the bottom
and/or
d. Without snow
That said, this one had 3 out of 4 and was a nice price.
But, Willie seems to have some white and green snow. The green on his face matches pretty closely the green on the underside of the brim of his hat. Some green "snow" also exists on the left part of the card - that does not appear to be stray ink (like the facial blot may be). The blot on the face is not raised, it is part of the card "naturally". We've all seen stray ink - but is colored snow seen often? (insert yellow snow joke here)

Well I turned around and I said ho, ho
And the northern lights commenced to glow
And she said, with a tear in her eye
Watch out where the huskies go, and dont you eat that yellow snow
