From numismatics.org I have found this information about the coin.

Dated: 1971.
Material: Copper and weighs 16.98 grams.
issuer: U.S. Treasury Department
obverse type: portrait bust r.
obverse legend: GEORGE WASHINGTON PRESIDENT OF THE U.S.
reverse type: group of notables observing coin striking
reverse legend: U.S. MINT,PHILADELPHIA, 1792-1971
info: U.S. mint series

Since my camera is not available to me at the moment I have found
a picture I am borrowing from an ebay auction. The coin I have in
my possesion looks a lot better then this one but it has been
removed from its original packaging and was bought in a flip. It has
some wild blue toning on the reverse and if i graded it like a coin
it would be a GEM.

I thought someone here might like this medal and here is how they
can try for it.

The first one to name all nine people on the reverse will get the
coin sent to them!! ready set go!

I think 7 would be the men, the women don't count as people. image

From left to right they are:

    Bashful
    Doc
    Dopey
    Grumpy
    Happy
    Sleepy
    Sneezy

At least that is what their friends called them,

i am fixing it now. how embarrassing. i was first thinking of asking
just for the ladies names but i thought that was too easy because
i could have guessed it without any thought.
