Over graded coins? Flashback, it's 1979. I just locked up my 10 speed and I'm in my local B&M in Cupertino CA. A certain dealer is placing another tray of Brillant Uncirculated Coins that he expertly graded himself that are actually VF to XF out for sale!
You know, e-bay should require a grading license before allowing people to post a condition of a coin. Seems like the ANA could have a test to get a license.
