Someone is going to be upset when they get this lot

It is going to be $.10 face value light.
I saw what the other bidders saw but my snipe was woefully light and late. You'd be surprised how often you'll find twenty centers listed unattributed with the quarters on eBay, but this is the first time I've ever seen two of them in one lot.

Incomplete planchets wanted, especially Lincoln Cents & type coins.

<< <i>Is this tongue and cheek....aren't the Twenty centers worth more? >>
Yes and yes, though at the final hammer the buyer didn't get too much of a bargain. I calculated my bid so I could put the coin in the center and the better of the two double dimes into my type set and flip the other three.

Very interesting. Thank you for sharing this so we can compete with you when it comes to these lots.
Interesting....
<< <i>Wow, I knew folks mistook the double dimes for quarters in 1875, but I would have thought by 2008 folks would be able to tell the difference, especially when you can read the denomination on the reverse.

I thought that about SBA dollars and quarters, too...
