Eh, looks NT to me. Reasonable people can have the AT/NT argument all day long. Guess we'll find out when he sends them to get graded.
It really is a predicament. On the one hand, PCGS coins go for more. On the other hand, NGC could grant you that star.

Ahhhh. Not really. One of the tests we had at the ANA summer session was to pick out the 3 true NT coins out of a box of 15. All in the box were slabbed from here and across the street.
It was a real eye opener.
