Would you ebay sellers consider combining BIN listings?

Would ebay sellers consider combining BIN listings, especially with those with a Make An Offer option, if the buyer is willing to pay full price, but wishes to use either the MSN live discount or some other ebay coupon to the fullest discount?
This would mean cancelling listings and setting up a new listing, too much trouble? ebay fees?
This question assumes the buyer making the offer has a solid record as a buyer.

My brother told me that several sellers have BIN auctions on modern currency at 15% above face value. They're asking the buyer to use the MS Live discount so "We can all take a cut".
Thoughts?

I've seen them. I think they're all disgusting leaches. I wouldn't cut them in for 1% because of the principle of the thing. I HATE Leaches.
I see these post where people are using these BINs on bullion. The seller of the bullion is not getting any less in price, but if the seller raises their price to "grab" part of the buyers savings, remembering the buyer will not see these savings for 60 Days, would this not in part defeat the purpose of this type of rebate? Does not the MSN Live rebates actually help sellers move their items faster? With the buyer both limited in funds and using the rebate three times they will still shop price. Why would the buyer only wish to save just $8 per hundred with seller A (this assumes a 20% rebate) compared to seller B that is content to offer a the standard price saving the buyer $20 per hunderd?
I can see the buyer offering a tad more for combining auctions to cover the additional fee cost of ebay but I think sellers should view the MSN Live rebate as an oppotunity to move their product faster, perhaps having to avoid relisting fees and increasing their turn around time.
Also I think it is highly probable that some sellers use the MSN Live rebate promotion themselves, no doubt taking advantage of being to buy such items such as bullion at a net cost less than market. So the sellers themselves have the ability to share in the savings as well.
