  I don't know what you mean by: "what's up with this token", but it looks much more modern than the 1830's or 40's.

  Missing the 1 in the date. Filled die perhaps? Maybe after mint damage? What's your take on it? Interesting coin by the way. I always enjoy coins with Ships on them. I have a world collection of just coins with ships.

  Very good, the 1 is missing in the date. Way...too easy.
  I also think it was a filled die.
  I love finding these type of errors
