Whats Greysheet for a MS-62 1873 closed 3 $2.50?

I'm looking at purchasing an PCGS graded 1873 closed 3 quarter eagle and was wondering what the Greysheet is for one of these. I've hunted on Heritage auction site and found sales of them, but I would like to know what GS is also since this is a consignment coin at my local B&M. It's in a '95-'98 era PCGS slab, not an old rattler like I was hoping. Not sure if it would upgrade or not. I'm hopefully going to be able to look at the coin on Tuesday to see if I want it or not.

Thanks.

Correct me if i am wrong but these are very common.
I would assume that since they are so common the premium
for the coin would be directly related to its over all eye appeal.

if the coin is not eye appealing in the grade of MS62.. what you can
get for it would be significantly lower then you think.

Yeah, I know these aren't ground breaking rarities, but they are the best fit for my budget, that isn't just a very common gold coin. I have one in AU 55 that I acquired earlier this year, then I found this one. The description leads you to believe this is a nice coin for the grade, but I need to take a look at it first.

The last 2 at heritage graded MS-62 by PCGS sold for $690. The dealer said that the seller wanted wholesale for the coin, so I wanted to know how much of a mark up was on this coin for the dealers take, so I could counter offer if I felt it was too high.

Thanks for the info. If I get the coin, I'll be posting pictures.
