I believe the labels in the old rattlers were white or very light green....other than that and maybe sample slabs?....... I haven't seen it before. I have seen Ebay images that make the OGH lables look white although I know some have a yellow appearance.
This site has a good list of the various versions of holders for both PCGS , NGC and other TPG'S sample holders which in general reflect the holders being used at time sample is being given out.
If you take the time and read some of the comments there are some interesting tidbits. For example the version 20.1 sample slab has PCGS's spelling error of Louisiana.
This is a great site for people that collect the slab and not the coin.
If the slab is exposed to sun light for a while, the sun will bleach the label white. I've seen this on slabs in dealer store display windows.
