Pretty steep for me, I think I will probably do a 1/4 ounce set (since it is starting now and I can get in from the beginning), probably proof, but that is about all I can stretch for, at least right now. I am thinking the 1/4 ouncer will be about nickel size....

I already have 2 each of the 1 ounce so my OCD is already kicking in. I'll be selling my first strike 70's to cover this and I'll keep the non first strikes since I can't make my own anymore.

I'd sell it quick I think the "first strikes" are going to be right around what a non-first stike will bring in the future. Now that they're be very few not many are going to go after them to complete a set of "first strikes" with the new rules. It will get down to the grade of the coin the way it should have been all along. I'm sure 10 years from now the holder collectors of PCGS and NGC slabs will pay more buy that'll take awhile.

Agreed, I was planning sometime in the next week after I finish some house projects.
. The way I read it, the Mints UNC. will have a "W" like they do with the AGE.
Three options, for the 1 oz, Proof, Unc. "W", Unc. Non-"W".
I'm not seeing any reason to try to flip or hold for a long term gain here. I'll just buy for me. Probably a couple 1/4's. 1/10's might be kind of cool.

I'll be getting one proof set. $2200 is pretty steep.
