Which US coins do not have the word "Liberty" in their design?

  What a weird bunch: Two cent, Three cent silver, Shield nickel, Presidential dollars. I guess a few commems lack it too.

  Just curious if anyone thinks PCGS grades tougher on free submissions?
  
  It is my understanding that the coins get checked in by someone and then all
  identifying information of the submitter and submission level is stripped.
  The graders never see this information, do they? Thanks!

  Maybe or maybe not.
  
  I sent in my 8 free plat. level submissions the other day. I called and bombarded them with a ton of questions before sending.
  
  A few of the questions I asked and the answers I received.
  
  Q: If I got a 9th coin in that I want to send at the same time and I send it in the same batch will it be on the same shipment.
  
  A: No it will have to be on a separate invoice and pay separate return shipping since the 8 free gradings go through a different department.
  
  Q: I want to have only 1 of the 8 TrueView photo'd is that possible?
  
  A: Once again no since we dont want to separate coins from the order to send them over for TrueView. Either all coins or no coins must be sent with TrueView service.
  
  From those answers I would say that there is a separate dept. at least for freebie vouchers. I would assume that they also handle the CC quarterly specials.
