Dealer: Get on Mark Feld's mailing list and check his website: markfeldcoins.com
Advice: Don't buy anything for a year and spend that time learning and looking at as many coins as possible before pulling the trigger; remember there is no substitute for seeing coins in-hand, although buying on approval from dealers is close; find a mentor.

    Good luck...Mike

    Hi, Chris, and welcome.

I have had good dealings with Pinnacle in the past, and they are known to be very active in the classic commem area. There are many other established dealers who buy and sell classic commems. Of the ones from whom I have purchased coins on multiple occasions and who carry classic commems, I would add Mark Feld, Legend, and Coin Rarities Online to your list. Larry Whitlow also has an excellent reputation for such coins, but I have had only limited (but pleasant) dealings with this firm.

    Good luck!

I've had excellent customer service and coins from Pinnacle. Same deal with Legend, Larry Whitlow, Harry Laibstain, Mark Feld, David Lawrence, Rare Coins of NH, and -- if the auction route is an option (view the coins in hand or have an agent do so first) -- Heritage. There are plenty more

The best, IMHO as both a collector and Registy set player, is Rare Coins of New Hamshire. No one, and I mean no one, I think, grades coins better than Warren Mills. They are the best in customer service and offer a 30 day return policy.
