    Hmmmmm, Peruvian army is pretty good, as I recall....don't think it will last too long.

    The higher commodity prices get, the more shenanigans their producers, governments and workers engage in, just trying to make it even worse. I guess they figure that's when their actions are likely to be most effective. Either that or the response against them is likely to be swifter and harsher....
