AUTHENTIC slabs not in POP reports?

I dont see them..... Are they slabbing, but not counting ? It seems to me that adding these into the population report would be essential, especially with high end oddball coins.

    I have heard about and read about them but I do not know of any specific examples. I believe I read about it in Scott Travers' book "How To Make Money In Coins Right Now". NGC seems to be good about updating their pop reports. One time they updated the pop reports concerning my coins and I hadn't even gotten them through the mail yet.
