Bought some Lincolns ... Can they be rescued?

I bought a nearly complete set of Lincolns (and some other coins) that were stored in old Whitman Boards.
The best set seemed to be stacked on top and the coins were exposed to the elements. They all have issues.
Do you think they can be saved? I say "yes."
I'll try to conserve the 1923 coin first. If I am successful, I'll work on the others.
The coins actually look a bit worse than the pictures.
