Why do you have to 'put your two cents in'... but it's only a 'penny for your thoughts'? Where's that extra penny going to?

    I will guess au details, cleaned net xf.
    Pics are a little small to judge well.

    The pictures are too small to tell but there is a very high probability that it has been cleaned, improperly, what ever that means.

    Edited to add that if you looked at this coin with a loupe, I bet you could see a lot of scratching.

    If you've seen a cleaned Washington, Standing Liberty, or Barber quarter, it really doesn't look any different from a cleaned seated quarter.

    From the pics, it appears to be AU and cleaned.

    definately not uncirc as the seller says
    not civil war
    probably a problem coin

    I recommend you stay away from raw coins from ebay
    unless you are very experienced
