    Yes
He is a puff artist with some very strong Lincolns. I lost on a bunch, even tho I usually pass up the multi-font multi-claim listings.....the coins spoke for themselves. Always do.

Puff artist indeed. 2/3s of his coins are "PQ" or "undergraded". Yeah, right.

Yep. Many of them sold for way beyond. I bid on a bunch and won zero.

Right but what I ment is does anyone actually know; him like as in is he a board member or registry participant. Like you AJ I usually pass on this type of auction but if the coins are as good as the pics then these are some very nice registry level Lincolns. I did bid strong and win one of his auctions, This one, well over the top price wise but very promising from the pics.

Thanks, I thought so too; I found the sellers set in the PCGS registry, and at least one of the coins came from Ira so while he was a bit long winded in the auctions he did buy from reputable sources.

I take it none of you were able to find this little statement hidden among the "puff".... "There is no Refund on any Slabbed Coins !"

as well as this one... "IF THE LINCOLN CENT BEING AUCTIONED HERE IS A "RAW" COIN (NOT PROFESSIONALLY GRADED OR SLABBED).... THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE AUCTION, AND ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL."

Sorry, not the kind of seller I'm interested in dealing with.

Yes I did read that, and you are correct that those types of terms are usually page turners. But the pics were clear, and everything I bid on was a PCGS slab, while not impossible overgraded coins in PCGS slabs are not the norm. And after finding his registry set and finding the same pics in the set I'm more comfortable with the purchase.

If you pay with paypal, you have a return policy no matter what the seller says.

I hated the long-winded auctions, having to scroll down past annoying paragraph after paragraph of tasteless formatting and self-serving puffing. But I loved his coins. I bid on many and lost all but one, a modest '38D Lincoln.

I think you have no worries. That '35S looks terrific.
