Grading question

I recently sent in some raw coins to be graded. Most of the grades were what I expected. However, I had a couple buffalo nickels come back MS 65 that I was hoping would be MS 66.

My question is when the grades are that close is it really just a judgment call and that if I send them in again will they have a decent chance of coming back MS 66 or would I just be wasting my cash to resubmit them?

If thay are truly "PQ" 65's than sure thay could be graded as 66's given enough submissions, question is how much in grading fees are you willing to spend to find out. Of course mabey you should have a Buffalo expert look them over to confirm what you see.
