Can someone help me attribute this 1809 CBH please.

I have been comparing it to the 1809's on coinzip,but can't really tell.I think it may be a possible 104 that's listed as an R-5.

Sorry...hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it is a Overton 103 R-1. Same obverse as the O-104, but on the O-103 reverse the 5 is closer to the leaves and the scroll starts under the serif of the D in UNITED instead of between ED, among other things.

Do you have an Overton book yet?

Not to sure but I think is is obverse die 3 making it 103,104, or 105. I can not tell from the image anything to lock down the reverse die.

Look at the line from the base of the A to the upper serif of the M on AMERICA
It is the 103

JRocco has it right, I think. A very nice coin, nonetheless - I like the look and the grade level. Nice pick up!

I agree with JRrocco, I did not see that but once he brought it to our attenion it locks in the reverse die. IMO
