Found this in change, broadstruck dime?

The reeding is really weak on some parts as well. Is it worth anything more than a dime? Thanks!

    It's a partial collar strike,
    done on the newer Schuler
    Presses.

    Has part reeding, part plain
    edge - the planchet didnt'
sit properly in the collar when
    it was struck.

A common occurance, but the '03 date
is scarcer than 2001 or earlier.
