At the Denver Mint floor tour I went on last Friday as part of the ANA Summer Seminar, they showed us the dies for the Arizona reverse and I mentioned the extra cactus leaf error. They said it must be from the Philly Mint since the Denver Mint doesn't make any errors. I did see a few waffle coins in bins there, tho'.</I> >>

This smooth arizona quarter is new to me. I have not seen a BU coin without the details. (Can you just imagine if a lincoln cent was minted without the detail in his beard? OR, missing details from ANY coin for that matter in BU mint rolls?????

Is this a common thing????

BTW, what would cause a smooth-no detail coin such as the one in question?????????

If I had one, I'd be certain to retire on it I'm sure!

    Thats a mouthful.
I'll see your bunny with a pancake on his head and raise you a Siamese cat with a miniature pumpkin on his head.

You wouldn't believe how long it took to get him to sit still for this.

I think JungleFever needs to take a little course on putting links in thread as the HTML code just ain;t cutting it!
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.
