1923-P VAM 1H Wing Die Break Is This EDS?

I'm putting together a Peace Albumn gonna call it a Peace Of Color 
After a quick look over I always whip out the camera and try to capture the look of the coin. It is close in the photos but not perfect.
The break on the wing stands out pretty good and is visible in the smaller picture of the OBVREV
I was looking on Vamworld and the coin has all the diagnostics of VAM 1H except my wing is missing the second break looks like the
first break is about 90% and maybe the second is about 20% or so.
