Went to the bank for a depsoit and.....

I asked for a couple of rolls of quarters. In the meantime the neighboring teller says she has 50.00 worth of halves. I take the halves and skip the quarters. Look thru and find about 10 mint state 1971 coins, 7 mint state 1972, 6 mint state 1982 coins and 8 40% silver coins. A nice haul for the group.

    All the stories on here seem to go like this...right place at the right time.
    I searched a $500 box of halves recently and didn't find any silver (90 or 40%).

    But after I spend them I'll get another one to search image
