Does NCS ever have a table at shows?

Does NCS ever set up at any of the larger coin shows? I would like to talk to them in person some time.

NGC does, and they usually have an NCS person on-hand at the table.

They are always set up with NGC. Give them a call at their 800 number since there is nothing additional their people can tell you in person than what they can tell you over the telephone.

What i was wanting to know. I have a set of Proof V-nickels. A few months ago i submitted my raw ones to be certified. NGC attached a sticky note to the backs of the PF64's about NCS. I assume to be dipped by them. I was wondering if i submit them if indeed they will be dipped or conservered and wether i would have any say so in the matter. If i was to send in 4 that i think would be better if dipped would they do it. Or would they get to decide and say only 3 could be. Also after the conserving what would be the chance of the coins grading higher?

If an NCS note was attached to the newly graded coin it means that according to the NGC graders the coin would look much better if it was conserved. When you send NCS coins for conservation service, NCS will send back to you the coins that they feel would not benefit from conservation. If they do this you will only be charged the evaluation fee. Although never a guarantee, the majority of the coins that receive conservation treatment will have improved eye appeal. Most coins will maintain the previous grade while some may upgrade and a few coins can even downgrade.
