PlastX is good stuff

I picked up a bottle of Meguiar's PlastX today on a few recommendations I've seen here and at Becoka's photography forum. Definitely an improvement over the Brasso I had been using. These pictures are at the resolution of the detector on my camera.

60 years into this hobby and I'm still working on my Lincoln set!
The stuff on the slab was an abraision that I was able to polish out, not gunk. There are still some scratches, but they don't impair visibility and they are out of focus.
I polished the slab in a circle for a while, then with linear motions. When I buffed it, it was primarily linear, but I changed directions. I don't see any streaking effects.
