    I will start with the easy ones:

    5 1913 V Nickels

    11 1933 Saints

    and at least 3 million dollar 100 Kilogram Canada Gold coins.

    09 Redbook has 31 that were sold at auction above $1,000,000.

    Then there's the "Mickley" 1804 Silver Dollar, so that's 32.

    I was going to suggest over 100, especially if you consider coins in the hands of the public that would sell for over $1M, if offered.

    A whole pile of unique or nearly unique gold patterns such as $50 Unions, (some in the Smithsonian), same for colonials, territorials, and early coppers.

    J-1776 comes to mind quickly.
    Brasher doubloons of which there are a small quantity or so (thanks Lee)
    1885 trade dollars
    Some great regular issue early US gold coins of various denoms - probably at least a dozen or two of those.

    1927d saints -several of those
    $10 1804 PF
    1822 $5
    1838 $10 Gem
    1964-d Silver dollars
    Unique early proofs and Novodels

    I'd bet we'd get over 100 rather quickly.

    A lot, I would think - we're talking lots of diverse coins across many series. Plus a lot of what has been mentioned are coins in museums or other institutional holdings.
