  Sounds like a DHL shipment. Do a quick search for DHL ship date and theres a formula to decode the shipment date. They use the Julian (sp?) calendar best I remember.

  Most likely a box with USPS tracking number shipped on 04/08/2008 they also have DHL logos on them. I have gotten a few like that.

  edit ....I recieved a package today Proof Sets....julian date....008176
