If it's at all available, I'd love to own it. The ebay page has expired and I'm just curious if the coin now belongs to a forum member and if it's possibly available?image

    Looks like you're really starting to get into Seated now...

    Stay away. It's awful stuff. It sucks. Collect bottle caps or stamps instead. image

    Yeah, these Seated things are only perceived as scarce due to extensive hoarding... the market is surely due for a severe crash when the hoarders dump their holdings.image

    I was temporarily the owner of it on an escrow transaction. IMHO, the coin should not have received a grade from PCGS. Cleaned, corroded, scratched, etc.,etc. Be glad you didn't put up the $8500. It should only be a $4K coin. The coin was resold on eBay in April. If the coin had been all there, I would have happily paid 10K for it. Not even close.
