  MMMmmmm... ...proofy.
  
  It's a nice coin but the planchets scratches from 11 to 3 o'clock detract
  a great deal in my eyes. The strike can be much better on these.
  
  Otherwise it's a nice clean example of an early PL clad. The eye appeal
  will probably get it an MS-65 grade and it might be technically close to
  MS-66. I believe the strike and planchet problems will hold it back.

  MS65 due to the waekness in the hair.
  
  Nice coin though!
