I had totally given up on this coin arriving.
Paid for it a month and two days ago.
Two weeks ago I emailed seller and they said it had gotten lost in the mail room. Then when that coin showed up it was the wrong one.
Last week asked about sending the incorrect 1887 back. He said he had no idea where the original was and I would be issued a refund.
The coin to be returned hasnt arrived back to seller but today the correct 1887 shows up in my mailbox.
A long odd tale but a very happy ending.
I botched the rim in a few places with photoshop taking the background out of the sellers original photos that show the luster much better than my pics

I'd say AU58. I dont think there is any possibility that it would slide in as a low MS, but who knows I might get suprised again by this coin.

Nice pickup.....even though it was a couple month's late. My luck, it would've gotten lost twice and I would have STILL gotten charged for both of 'em.
What's the current pricing on upper AU Donkey's?

I'd have to see better pics to try to grade it. The luster appears unbroken in the scans!
