  I think the pre-requisiate to be a criminal is an above average level of stupidity. Great way to get yourself caught and thrown in the pen for a couple years. On the flipside, I can't say that I wouldn't be tempted to purchase some of that below melt Silver outside the Kroger...can't be any worse than buying girlscout cookies from the tables they set up outside grocery stores...right?
